Love is all Around us -- in Food Form!




Today I wanted an egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast but went with a yogurt and banana instead. And a large iced coffee from the good people at Dunkin Donuts, who also were playing Aja by Steely Dan which was quite classy.

  4. developing a conditioned core helps burn more calories in all activites, whether it be running or watching tv (basal metabolism). Building more muscle attributes to the roughly 60% of calorie usage attributed to BMR.

  5. I watch a lot of Tv so that is good to know. Right now my stomach looks like a lightly toasted marshmallow. I don't want to be too muscular though! I tend towards stocky :(

  9. well I did have two glasses of wine . . but I balanced it with a bowl of chickpeas and kidney beans. and then I had two Blue Moons. and then I had "Manhattan's Best" sandwich. And this is why I don't lose weight! Ah ha moment!
